Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?


Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Next day shipping if ordered before 2pm.

Do you offer international shipping?


Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the near future.

How can I track my order?


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately at info@marcolinia.co.uk. We can update your address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Something is missing from the order?

While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at info@marcolinia.co.uk and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes

How do I cancel my order?

If after placing your order you realise you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, we can process a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to us at info@marcolinia.co.uk and provided it’s within 24 hours and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.

Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?


We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

Can I return a fragrance if I’ve used it?


Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used perfumes.

How do I initiate a return?


To start a return, please contact our support team at info@marcolinia.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

How long does it take to process my refund?


Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Products & Authenticity

Are your perfumes authentic?


Yes! We only stock genuine, brand-new fragrances from reputable suppliers.

Why do some perfumes have different packaging?

Some brands update their packaging from time to time, but rest assured that the fragrance inside is exactly the same.

Do you offer samples before purchasing?

At the moment, we do not offer samples, but we are looking into this for the future.

Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.

Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later options?

Not at the moment, but we’re working on it! Keep an eye out as Buy Now, Pay Later options will be coming soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when it's available!

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

Do you offer student or loyalty discounts?


We are currently part of Blue Light Discount, offering savings for NHS workers. We are also working on introducing a student discount, stay tuned! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it's available.
